proposal for the above-mentioned bid. Proposals forwarded by mail must contain written title that
allows the receiving mail agents to identify the email.
IMPORTANT -ESSENTIAL INFORMATION:
The reference:” Consultancy services for conducting research on the cost of inaction on inclusive
education in Zimbabwe” must be written on the email that contain the Technical Proposal and, on the
email, containing the Financial Proposal.

The technical proposal and financial proposal must be sent as separate emails and clearly marked as

• High-resolution printed banners for community awareness and outreach events.
• Printed on durable PVC flex material (minimum 440 gsm) or vinyl for outdoor use.
• 2000mm x 800mm roller banner with full-colour printing with fade-resistant UV ink.
• Reinforced edges with hem stitching and metal eyelets for easy mounting.
• Banner to include clear messaging on HIV prevention, Harm reduction, SAYWHAT branding, and partner logos.
• Logo width around 150mm to 200mm wide to ensure it is easily readable from a 2 to 3 metres and should be placed near the very top (200mm to 300mm)
• Weather-resistant and suitable for repeated use.
• Should include a padded single-unit nylon carry bag with a shoulder strap.
